Fasadgruppen Sverige AB
Fasadgruppen Sverige AB is the leading Swedish full-service provider of façade and exterior building services comprising repair, reconstruction and additions as well as roofs, windows and balconies. The company is headquartered in Stockholm, with an annual turnover of 1 500 MSEK and 625 employees.

Connecting Capital acquired the majority of the Group in June 2018 with intentions to support an ongoing buy-and-build strategy.

El-Björn AB is a company in the Construction and Electrical industry. El-Björn develops, manufactures and markets complete solutions for Power, Lighting and Climate for temporary installations. Customers are primarily in construction, rental companies and in industry. Moreover, customers are professional users and the primary markets targeted are Europe, the Nordic countries and the Baltic States. A significant proportion of El-Björn’s turnover is exports, divided into different markets. The parent company in the group is El-Björn International AB and the following subsidiaries are included in the group El-Björn AB, El-Björn AS, El-Björn Oy and El-Björn Ltd. The headquarters, manufacturing and warehouse are located in Anderstorp, in the middle of Småland, Sweden.

In November 2016 Connecting Capital acquired El-Björn. Connecting Capital is going to take an active part in the ongoing internationalization of the Company.

Satema AS

Satema has since its establishment in 1963, evolved to become a major player in the construction industry. The head office with administration, sales, marketing and warehousing is centrally located at Ryen in Oslo, while production is in SATEMA MOELV AS. The group also includes SATEMA AB in Sweden (sales and temporary power), SATEMA BALTIC in Latvia (electrical assembly) and SKAARET AS at Stange in Hedmark (electrical cabinets). Satema AS has 129 employees and in 2018 the group had a turnover of 350 Million NOK.

Exeger Sweden AB is a high tech, clean tech company with headquarters and factory in the city centre of Stockholm.  The company develops and produces third generation solar cells. Founded in 2009, the company today employs more than 30 people and is currently expanding, ramping-up the factory capacity even further.

Persson Innovation
Persson Innovation AB develops, produces and markets paper and plastic carrying handles and handle applicator machines worldwide. The inventions are used to package beverages, electronics and a variety of chemical products. The company was acquired by Ceder Capital in June 2018.

Götessons Industrier
Götessons Industri AB, with headquarter and warehouse in Ulricehamn, design, develop, produce and market quality products for the office, conference and hotel environment. They are a leading Scandinavian manufacturer of full range accessories for office furniture companies and large retailers with in-house production and tailor made solutions, and preferred partner to some of Europe’s largest brands and currently represented in over 35 countries. The company was founded by Ola Götesson in 1984 and is today run by Emil Johansson, CEO and the son Johan Götesson together with Accent Equity Partners, with a corporate group revenue of around 300 mSEK.
